Wellheads and trees framework agreement.
Chevron Polska intends to award more than one framework agreement for the
supply of wellheads and trees and associated field services for Chevron
Polska's upcoming well drilling operations over the onshore Grabowiec,
Frampol, Kransnik and Zwierzyniec blocks in south-eastern Poland.
Call-offs against the framework will be awarded to the provider offering
the most economically advantageous offer and Chevron Polska will use the
same award criteria as stated in the framework agreement invitation to
tender.
Only where the terms laid down in the framework agreement are not complete
enough for the particular call off, Chevron Polska will hold a mini
competition with all the providers within the framework agreement capable
of meeting the particular need against the terms and conditions of the
agreed framework agreement.
