The Scandus Scanflex Ergo™ family of bus seating was developed to enhance passenger comfort to it's maximum. Development of the seat was carried out using Anthropometry and the SAMMIE-CAD man modeling system.
The use of deep foam cushions ensures full support at the rear of the seat (directly under the pelvis) and the elimination of the fore / aft cushion curvature removes pressure peaks under the hamstring muscles.
